If you have set up your system correctly, with the proper syringe and O-Rings, we will pay you $250 if Crystal Tips do not work properly. However, the problem must be with Crystal Tips, and not the result of improper syringes, worn O-Rings, incorrect installment of tips, or other problems with your equipment. See details below: |

To claim the $250 working guarantee, claimants must first check O-Rings for wear and tear, be sure you are using the proper adapter (not a proprietary adapter from another tip manufacturer), be sure you are installing Crystal Tips correctly (Crystal Tips should be installed the same way you would install a standard metal tip), and be sure the problem is not in your syringe. If, after taking the preceding steps, you believe the problem is with Crystal Tips, you must take the following steps, working with our service technicians: Step 1: If a tip is not working properly, remove it and put in a new Crystal Tip (this step must be done for three (3) Crystal Tips. If three (3) Crystal Tips fail to perform... Step 2: Send an Email to service@crystaltip.com, explaining in detail the problem you are experiencing with your tips. One of our service technicians will contact you within two (2) business days in an attempt to resolve the problem and to ascertain that the problem is not caused by reasons other than Crystal Tip itself... Step 3: If, after working with our technicians, you believe the problem is still with Crystal Tips and not caused by other reasons, send us by Email still photographs of the Tip in your adapter. Also send a video showing what is occurring with the tip in operation. Step 4: Upon review and verification, Crystal Tip will send to you a new adapter, free of charge and with free shipping. Step 5: Install the new adapter. If you still have problems and those problems are shown to be caused by faulty Crystal Tips, call us a 1-800-944-3939. We will Email to you a claim form. Fill it out and return it. Crystal Tip will send you a check for $250 within 10 business days. |
