Troubleshooting

If you are having any problems with Crystal Tip or your air/water syringe, here is a quick reference guide to help you correct the problem quickly and easily. This troubleshooting guide deals with the most common problems our customers encounter. Most often, leakage and other issues are the result of degraded O-Rings, which naturally wear out over time, or with faulty adapters. Please review our troubleshooting guide. If you are still having problems, please don’t hesitate to call us at 800-944-3939 and our expert technicians will help you correct the problem immediately.
