| The Crystal Tip Double 4 Free program is available only to new dental
offices who are switching from a competing disposable syringe tip.
When placing your first order for a bulk pack of 1,500 Crystal Tips,
tell your sales specialist that you wnet the Double 4 Free program.
When we ship your first order, we will also issue a call tag to pick up your old tips.
Simply put your old tips in a box (or in the box that your Crystal Tips come in)
and the tips will be send to us -- at our expense. when the tips arrive at our warehouse, they will be counted.
We will then ship to you twice as many Crystal Tips -- again at our expense. There is a limit of 1,000
competing tips that can be exchanged for up to 2,000 Crystal Tips. |
